Conferencing at the Ghost

Ghost River Crossing Conference Centre offers three different and distinct meeting rooms:

Our Deere House Conference Room accommodates groups of up to 36 depending on the set-up required. This room with its walls of windows creates a space of airiness and natural light blending in well with the traditional architecture. A corner wood burning fireplace adds warmth and charm. It is situated adjacent to the main house and dining room allowing for quick changes between sessions.

The Pine Loft offers a more rustic and relaxed environment. This space easily accommodates groups of up to 46 or more, depending on the set-up. Sliding glass doors lead to a large deck built into the hill and providing a delightful space for coffee breaks, a lunch setting, or a break out area. With its warm wood panelled walls and ceiling, its soaring height and large windows, this space is a favourite with our clients.

Seasonal Alternative:

The RiverHouse overlooks the banks of the Ghost River and is built to bring the outside in. With its screened in sides and its natural river rock fireplace, meetings here become a welcome respite from the usual. This is a versatile space that not only lends itself to conferencing but equally as well to BBQ's by the river or more formal dinners in a unique setting.
