Our reputation for dining excellence is wide spread and encompasses our wholesome country cooking to our elegant international and regional cuisine. Our in-house chef prepares all of our meals using only the freshest of ingredients. Creative preparation and attention to detail are what make the difference in our meals at Ghost River.

Some of our best-loved trademarks are:

  • A home cooked breakfast with all the favorites from home made oatmeal to eggs benedict. Hash browns, frittatas, bowls of fresh fruit, yoghurt share the table with an array of choices.
  • Home baked muffins, coffee breads, granola, crepes and our delicious strawberry jams.

  • Our wonderful fresh warm cookies.
  • Classically prepared entrees.
  • Seasonal vegetables at dinner deliciously prepared with fresh produce and herbs.
  • Homemade ice cream and freshly baked desserts by our in-house baker.
  • A mouth watering selection of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres served before dinner.

On the Menu

Dinner is a 4 course meal consisting of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, a first course, hot entrée and dessert.
Selections are made from our dinner menu.

Lunch consists of two choices of soup (one is always low-fat), a hot entrée, and dessert.

Breakfast is a full hot buffet, made fresh first thing every morning. All the favorites share table space with our own traditional dishes.

Please note that individual meals are provided to allow for allergies and other dietary concerns. All of our menus are customized to meet the needs and desires of our clients.

Coffee Breaks

At the Ghost we bring you freshly ground hot coffee served with two different kinds of cookies still warm from the oven and a platter of seasonal fruit.
Herbal teas, regular tea, ice water, juice and pop are regularly refreshed throughout your meeting. Coffee breaks are generally served twice a day in the meeting room to coincide with your agenda.
